These fine and impressive vintage drop earrings have been crafted in 18ct yellow gold. Each earrings displays a feature elongated bead lapis lazuli to each terminal. The lapis lazuli drops are held within petal shaped 18ct yellow gold settings embellished with eight-cut diamonds. Three of the feature, subtly graduating, pierced decorated links that complete the overall design are plain and unembellished. These links are interconnected via shaped, linear links ornamented with a combination of mixed cut, transitional modern brilliant round cut and eight-cut diamonds. These impressive vintage lapis lazuli earrings are articulated and suspend from a hallmarked stud style fitting which secure to the reverse with a hallmarked butterfly style fastening. The hallmarks to the stem include the 18ct gold fineness mark (750), the London import hallmark (Leo icon) and the date letter for 1989 (p), and the hallmark to the butterfly fastening is the 18ct gold fineness mark (750). These earrings are supplied with an independent diamond grading report card. These impressive late 1980’s earrings are fine quality, set with very high colour graded diamonds. The earrings are a very good gauge of gold and are in excellent condition with clear hallmarks.
