Up for grabs is a Gorgeous Pair of Vintage Estate Earrings from the 1960’s. Oval Shape Pink Tourmaline Cabochons set in white gold accented with round brilliant diamonds. The pink tourmaline is translucent and very vivid in a natural medium-light pink. Each earring has twenty-four round brilliant diamonds set around the tourmaline. On the sides of the earrings there is open work. The open work makes it easier for the light to show through the earrings. The total diamond weight is estimated at 0.48 carats. Each tourmaline measures approximately 9.8 mm long by 7.8 mm wide by 5.3 mm deep. This pair of earrings weighs approximately 4.4 Grams. On the back both earrings there is a clear 14K stamp. On the back of each butterfly back there is a 14K stamp. Overall this pair is in good condition. The butterfly backs that come with this pair of earrings are 14K yellow gold. This pair of butterfly backs are not original to the earrings. If I had a pair of white gold backs I would change them out but unfortunately I don’t have any.
